You give us Hot Events that require a win, or more than 1 win, in Cross Server, but yet it is still bugged so that you can't collect prizes which means you can't get back in to CS!!!! Why give us the Hot Event is we are bugged?!?!?!? Got compensation for day 1 of CS bug, but nothing for day 2, and now on day 3 we get teased with a Hot Event we can't use and still no more compensation?

Not posting another screen shot as surely you must be aware the issue is ongoing yet again today.
Thank goodness I remembered the go to the honor shop for emblems first before I joined the queue and got stuck on a screen i cannot collect or escape from.

LoL... really hope they end up fixing this and giving us a WAY better compensation... 10k isn't anything compared to what we have lost in all this. R2... i like your games, but your compensations for the problems you have really don't compare in any way. I'll keep doing cross server for my 800 honor in the mail each day i guess, but hope you all decide to do something worth while for us.Comment
