  • Just did a round in CS about 5 mins ago and still getting same problem we've been having for the past couple of days with not being able to claim prize from CS

      • Is this ever going to get fixed. 3 Days in a row that I have honor I cannot collect. It comes out to way more than 10k & that's for sure. No I cant take screen shots, shouldn't have to

                          • Okay here I am posting again. This is the third day in a row that we cannot play Cross Server. We received a compensation from you for the first day but nothing for the second day. The compensation was appreciated but we are losing more than just Honor. We are losing on vouchers (which I use for weddings and Guild Bosses) We understand that sometimes things like this happen but it is getting frustrating. I use Fashion Cores to build up my characters clothing, we miss out on the draw on the chest. The rankings and other prizes for playing. You have an Event listed in Hot Events that we cannot access as we cannot play Cross Server. I do not mean to be a pain by posting about this all the time but you have a lot of cash players and we are getting stressed that we cannot fully enjoy what we are paying for. Please look into the situation and help us out. Thank you for your help and understanding.

                            • 3rd Day in a ROW! CS is Broken but for first round & no Honor Shop access afterwards

                              Now 3rd day in a row that CS is broken. No additional compensation awarded on day 2 or day 3 ... AND the compensation awarded was far less that what was stated at top of this post (only received 10K Honor).

                              Plus, cannot spend more than 5K per day in Honor Shop (if I remember to go there 'before' playing one and only round), my Emblems cannot be managed under the current conditions.

                                Yeah, this is ridiculous.

                                I don't know what the problem is--we haven't been told anything--but it seems that a lot of energy is going into new $$$ grabbing things like the Shamrock Caravan, when the basic mechanics of the game are unusable.

                                AT THE VERY LEAST the Compensation needs to meet or exceed our expectations. Your VIP customers are just as effected. I've already cancelled my VIP renewals, and will not be reactivating them until the game is PLAYABLE in its ENTIRETY. We should NOT have to submit 28+ pages of this on your forum in order to get it solved.

                                I'm not going to pay your company, then do its leg-work.
