hi there, in recent H o C i was ranked as 2nd...but did not get joker and fused gem....Tope was ranked no 3....did not get gem or joker either....appreciate answers asap.....wbr Magenta..

You may have ranked 2d but if you don't have 40k points you don't get jokers.

i have a quick question.. on s70 the card event doesn't seem to be counting the card points.. for example if i drew over 65 cards (which we all did) why is it saying that we only have a total of 30 card points.. cant trade points for cards if it is not counting correctly .. can you please check into this .. thank you very much

Hi, I ran house of cards and drew 50 cards. According to the announcement and visually, I received (3) 7 of spades and (1) 7 of hearts. I didn't get the points. PLease check into this, I would like to have these points. Time was around 1:20

I ran house of cards at about 1:20 server time last night. I ran five times for 50 cards. Announcement in game can verify this. I supposedly got (3) 7 of spades and (1) 7 of heart but I did not receive the points.

Please verify and award the points.

Last house of cards I spent a fortune and obtained 2 red jokers which aren't showing up in the latest HoC. I am ready to quit LoA as I have saved for ages to get Hecate and why aren't the 2 red jokers showing so I can claim my Hecate now? All other cards are there, but those are missing. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. So many have already quit.

I will be seeking compensation as this is NOT what is expected after spending AND obtaining these cards.

Hmm did anyone else not be able to collect the Jack of spades for hitting 5k points in HoC? I seem to be missing mine but I have the 10k point reward Q of hearts. Hopefully i get some replies on this. Pretty annoying. It's very possible i swapped it by mistake but I really don't think I would do that though.
