Anyone else having issues with Angel Evolving.

My bubble hasn't moved since 9.5k...am at 10.5k and still no 8 stars.....

I just started at 5th star now from 1 to 4 usually after the half way point or just a little more I got evolved never encounter such high score before evolving before.

i got my 8 star at 12,000 evo points.. lol... one more thing... we are not getting points from raiders synths....
