Mount Issue

Hi good day!

I am having problem with my mount, whenever I use it especially in Team Dungeon, World Boss, Gauntlet, well basically any event which the mount appears on it, I get stuck and cannot move.

Clear your cache, cookies and check, if the problem still persists switch to another browser

Thanks. I already tried clearing everything but still the same. Nothing happened after trying different browsers.
My internet connection is fine though. hmm.. probably just some glitch or whatsoever.. Thanks anyway.
