Can't open Group Round Participation Chest

Hello, i have recieved by mail Group round participation chest. After collecting it i cant open it. First click on "open" makes nothing, second click write that "operation is too fast".
Would you please to repair this problem

Character name: Aiune
Problem: Cannot open participation/group round victory chest. When first clicking said chests, nothing happens, click again, then you get: Operation too fast and chests remains unopened. Same thing happens when you use "use all" from the context menu you get when single click the chests.
