Well you have one problem you bought with money items ingame noone prommissed ya any rank in tycool and you got for what ya paied attempts in events and items so your law suit will only fail + you will need to pay for lawyer so good luck with that.

You are extremely ignorant.
It is actually a crime to offer inducements, in this case an event like tycoon for purchase of diamonds and not maintain the integrity of the inducement.

A different example is, you go to your supermarket, you are told spend 300$ and get an entry into a raffle.
If they do not pay the raffle, or they rig the raffle in some way or they do not properly administrate the raffle in such a way that fraud occurs and yet having a simple solution they do not use it(rollback is simple solution for tycoon), then this is a CRIME.
Even though you did not actually pay for the raffle itself, the raffle was an inducement to spend money extra money that would have not otherwise been spent.

Please do not speak of consumer law when you have no idea what you are talking about.

Resource Waver - Hot Event Problem

12 hours ago (apox in [S180] Labyrinth of Dreams) in hot events, there was an event called "Resource Waver", where members received 1500 aegis , 750 seraph stones , 210 bless stones , 1050 crystals 24 mil gold and 350 angel tears for free. The only problem is after a few members collected the above prize the event was altered to having to spend diamonds to collect that prize, right now the event no longer exists on that server. I would like to request that same be given to all members of the server for free, or other similar action. The members who were lucky enough to get the rewards are now over powered with epic angels (as my the server is only a day old). Please do look into to this issue as soon as possible.

If you go to supermarket you buy food with money and get what you pay for.
Then what of the raffle?
It's still a crime to rig the raffle or gross negligence in it's administration.
It's called an "inducement".
It need only be proven that "tycoon" event was an "inducement" to spend diamonds that others would not have been spent.
And this is enough to prove a legal case.

They should compensate the people who did Tycoon fair and square with 1000x the rewards of the score boards. (and for the top 200 an extra equip prize of their choice...even if those are bugged in some way) ...and not let those who exploited the bug without reporting it be able to claim it. (to me an exploit is an exploit whether or not of it's intention, good or bad, especially since that wasn't the way this resource reaver was supposed to work at first)

A 12% heal is a drop in the bucket heal compared to our total HP...cause that's 98% HP not healed. They can always equip it on a tank character...why do they insist on equipping it on their main? Actually in another thread I reduced the 1000x item reward thing to 100x more items. lol what do they expect for a 12% heal, a lot of their HP bar coming back...it's like a portable hecate, but heals less.

Yea I saw a battle replay on another thread and the character using the sword appeared to last to the end. (I think that shows that the sword does work, but not in the way people are thinking it does)

Healing a lot of health should be a support mage hero's job (hecate, Djinni, CM) not your weapon's, but the heal on the weapon heals a little bit.

mate its a bug.... they dident do an incudement.... if u tell about the weapon exchange, the change of ability of the ring, or the misleading ability tst the valk have i would agree with u, but this time was just a bug and they already stated they will do something about it... so just wait imho

Lets wait and see what they will do , if they wont do anything then we can scream / charge back and so on.

I doubt anyone will get banned , they dont wanna lose the players . Most probably they will do another some sort of compensation in resources but doubt the will do something with rewards about tycoon :/
