Why my char cant chat in world, guild mode and i cant join TA or make Team Arena ?

Its heappen 1 hours ago. pliss tell me what going on.

Well, this is weird.

I also cannot chat in world chat, private message or guild chat, cannot make or join TA as well but other functions of the game are fine. Also, I do not see anyone speaking new messages in world chat or guild chat at all.

It definitely seems like Private Chat, World chat, private chat and Team Arena are broken for all of Server 80.
