TeamTournament bet reward

How do I collect the bet rewards in Team Tournament.

Granted, my only one bet was a failed one, BUT EVEN FAILED BET gives 1 chest (correct bet gives 2).

There is NO collect button anywhere at all in Team Tournament.

Seriously, where is the Q&A department? Do R2 even have one? Do they TEST their new content before releasing it?

If they were smart the would make this comp a really good one even if people that don't deserve it get it as well.
But they do use the word And so maybe there is still hope to get our bets

That was nice of them to remove the cross server icon before adding the collect wagers button. Really useful. Le sigh.

Our moderators do not worry about it, hoping that we will forget and move on, Idun ring has the wrong stats but that they do not care, how many posts with the same issue and no concrete answer from a moderator, what to say, but that
R2 is a big disappointment
