i got 1 lesser joker and 1 ace of hearts a while ago from mystery chest then i made around 50 common chest open up, when i went back to my cards i cant find em anymore! how the can i prove em now! i dont make screen shot for every click i make! u should also have made so everytime someone open in the mystery chest it shows a notification on the screen so atleast someone on my server will see it and atleast i got some witnesses even th0 i got no screen shot.. or do u have some kind of a log for every player in your system so u can see what cards they have opened..

Refresh and check once, If its still not there open a support ticket here and mention the approx time you got those cards.| | |
