Can anyone explain me how to get wagers rewards from Team Tournament?

on server they told me to check my email that some chinese letters should be there but i checked and i dont have any email.. i only 1 time wager wrong but still need to get rewards..
do we need wait more to get rewards or what?
tournament ended yesterday and still nothing..
