Hello,
Sometimes in Raiders' Explore i get a shard then it moves to it's location and disappear. This happened few times with me but today i lost Adv. Blessed chest iv, while having all others so i lost a whole chest by this.

if that happen solution is simple, leave raiders and join them again and you should have that shard
