Inferno Bug???

Just tried to do 1st inferno on s180 lvl45 I am lvl 45. I knew it was going to be tough had to hit monsters twice yep expected that but the final boss?? what the heck its ridiculous still in there at 23 mins. damage is 0 - 30k ??? and boss's hp bar refills what is with that??? is this a bug??

Increase your BR, get stronger and you will be able to kill the boss. Level 45 boss has regen which makes him too strong.
