Bugged attacking in cs

So, this is something i saw in the past, sometimes i acredited it to lag, but apparently its either a bug or a exploit. In the mine carrier cs just before my base i was attacked by someone. I won, and proceeded into my base, but not even 5 seconds passed and i was attacked yet again, even worse- while inside our spawn camp. No, i am not mistaken about time, i was pretty much at the entrance when i was attacked the first time, and i was at the delivery point (the flag itself) when i was attacked the 2nd time. Again, it could be lag on my part, if it wasnt for several of my teammates who saw and wrote about it on the team chat
