Elemental upgrade - bug or?

I have noticed from yesterday than whenever I use 50 element stones for upgrade it degrades it more than it upgrades it. I am not the only one in my guild that has noticed this. I mean, using 50 element stones has big chance of improving and small of degrading, tho it seems now that it is the opposite now.

Is this a bug that came with latest update or not?

Yes, I have. But even with it passed, loses are greater than any gaining :/

i've never used other than 10/upgrade, and i already lv3 almost 4

Lost count actual amount, but i think its about 8k plus elemental crystal so far.

I love how people get so worked up about this. It's not a bug, the max is +20 elements, they don't want you to finish it as fast as possible.

you think is normal to upgrade 47 times ultra and get only two with +1 star (not lvl) and 45 times with -1 -2 or none??? yaa is normal, nothing wrong here....
can a Dev check my caracter pls...
