Superstar Flair Bug?

Maybe I report this too late but I was not sure about it until I see the rose event consecutive rank reward today. I got a wedding dress from last event and if the reward still the same I should get superstar flair too after getting my dress. Was too excited bout the dress and I dont pay attention bout other rewards.
I dont get my flair and it have 30 days duration. So if I ever got it I should still wear it by now cause it's not 30 days yet since last event ended. Here are my inventory SS. I hope I can still get my flair.
I'm not sure about the other rewards cause I really dont remember and I cant prove it cause it's been too long. Maybe you can check from the system, really appreciate if I can receive all rewards that I missed from the last rose event.
