Ask about the House of Card final reward

Hey, i will asking about the house of card event here. The result, I was on 5 ranks at the ending of the event. The reward should be (L)Joker, lvl. 7 common gem chest (2x), 500 runestone and 500 refining stone. But why i can't manage to collect that reward event right now? It's inform that the prize time is 06-06-2014 00:00 until 06-07-2014 23:59 at server time. And right now my server time still 06/07/2014 08:22. So its mean that i still can do to collect those gifts. But why the button always disabled and i can't collect those gifts? Is this bug or just my bad? Thanks.
