problem about upgrading heroes

Hi there,

encountered a problem when upgrading heroes with Blessed Stones.. upgrade is succesfull but Hot Events rewards is not showing reward as collectable, tried it several times just to be sure but nothing happes, so I cant collect reward uppon succesfull upgrade.

Note: Upgrading mounts does not count towards the event

That being said I need a screenshot of your hero upgrade page along with the event page. I also need your IGN and server

well Im aware that upgradeing mounts dont count.

Just to let you know, there are no events for upgrading from +3 to +4
