I was wondering why i didn't receive the renewal bonus for VIP (3rd time I guess). I used diamonds to renew my VIP, but the description only states that if you renew VIP status, you will receive diamond bonus.

You only receives diamonds if you renewals vip status within 10 days of the expiration of your previous vip. That being said renewing vip using diamonds is invalid for the renewal reward
