hot items hero upgrade rewards bugged

Problem: upgraded 4 heroes in the last 2 days and cannot collect heroes upgrade rewards.

Hey Ionoma, same thing happened to me a while back and they told me bad luck unless i have screenshots as proof. so hope you have screenshots ready -.-
