Intimacy doesnt go higher even "plus" message appears

Good afternoon, im wondering why intimacy isnt getting higher, not in garden, inferno, compare..... it stucka t 1857, even in each "spots" we cant get it the message appears +1 compare, +15 inferno and so on. Can someone check this and restor about 200 intimacy?
