rune upgrade error

all my Eq in rune didnt upgrade at all..like example helmet rune..if i click 1 click upgrade,the helmet rune EXP change from 270/282 back to 267/282,
then back to 270/282..the EXP wont plus..stuck in RANK 3 lvl.10..plz check it..ty

If it's only on your helmet it's perhaps because you need all the others to be at rank3 lvl 10 to upgrade to rank 4.( helmet, accessory, boots and greaves should reach all rank3 lvl10)
