Recharge don't receive diamond

I recharge 500 diamonds by playspan account but don't receive any diamonds , now I check back my acc playspan I see I lost all my points in that account . can someone answer me what happen here ?

maybe you recharge at the wrong server

I click on recharge when i'm in game with my server and log in playspan with that web page too, I do that all the time , but only this time when first day of events Tycoon happen to me .
