The OP should have posted screenshots of all pages of Hot Events.

Of course we don't see the Rose Bargain Hot Event...that's because it's probably on the second page of the hot events panel. Since it appears that this person has 3 pages of events in hot event panel.

Oh I guess the daily challenge too. Rose Bargain also gave 999 Roses for 650 Devo for free. (I assumed this is about the Rose Rank event since the title mentions Wedding Garb.)

looks as if the pics are at 2 diferent times an days as well. also not all server get new events same time so you have to wait depending the server you on to the amount of time needed to wait for you server to get them its usally artound few hours different for each server. but they all lastthe same time.
