What constitutes "Harrassment"?

Greetings.
It's been suggested that I am currently "harassing" a certain Guild in WC where I just see it as Smack Talk which is
part of any game unfortunately?
I guess it depends on what side of Smack Talk one finds oneself upon to influence whether one might feel it is harassing.
I may have done some word play on names etc but nothing LAME TYPICAL or non-entertaining.

I welcome any and all "official" investigation (if any happens)

Please feel free to review any/all of my posts, WC transcripts, private messages & even GUILD chat as long as you pay
any of my accusers the same "courtesy"

If your "smack talk" is "repetitive" and "offensive" to the people you are "smack talking", then you are harassing them. Not everyone is "tough as nails" in any game or social environment..... in fact, my experience has been that many are troubled by a lot of different things.

This game is "world wide" so many different cultures interact, what might not be offensive in your culture might equally be truly offensive in another.

s e x talk in a global World Chat on a game site with possibility of kids present is inappropriate
regardless of inferred "development" level

But I am a DooF & this is the interwebz
& the angels ingame are all kinda "racy" for want of a better term

PS one might also infer your comment andreicde as "harrasing"?
