Guild without guild leader and depty leader position bug

Good morning, i'm sarge from s109, and i'm reporting a bug where our guild Underworld was left without a guild leader due to a possible bug? Our previous guild leader promoted a deputy leader to guild leader before she left, and that one deputy leader she promoted left after he was promoted without promoting anyone, so, the guild was left without a guild leader and a deputy leader and no way to restore those spots. We would appreciate if you look into this.
