VIP expired and didn't auto renew

On server S1, toon name "Nessus".....I collected my VIP reward this morning and game said it expired in one more day. I logged off and back on and now my VIP status is gone (VIP 5 is no longer highlighted above character icon, cooldowns are back, etc). Why did it expire early? Why didn't it autorenew? I used a 3-day VIP pass to extend my status, but if this is the way you're going to treat people who pay you, I'm not sure I want to renew!

As you can see from the payment screen, the VIP should not have expired until tomorrow.
