i cant activate my mount

i have tryed it 10 times but dam icon keeps staying in my bag and taking up space

You are activating it from the wrong place...if you are trying to activate it by double-click.

You have to go to mounts interface and click on glamor button, then go to the mount and click on unlock.

Go to glamour page and activate it. post screenshots of your glamour page if its not working.

nope, you mostlikely bought an additional mount.

if you thought that you could get a same mount two times to stack their stats, it doesnt work like that as far as i know
