lvl of angel high than main hero

many players from mine server have lvl of angel high than his main hero lvl for exp she is 66 lvl and have nyssa 70 .how is that posible?

i've been seeing this a lot and it's only just recently, so it looks like a bug to me that people are exploiting. on one server i have a char at 59 and it's boadicea is 59 until i get the char leveled up.
