Daric missing last tycon event

I reach 20000 pts qualified for 4000 daric bonus collection I having trouble that after clicking to collect 4000 daric 10min before ending that event does not appearto my account I try to refresh but still not appear and until now I have sent an email to support yesterday and today I did not receive any reply from support team.
