Angel wont evolve

I've been blessing my Nyssa (angel) for so many times now..but still it wont evolve..is this normal?.. Please kindly check my angel..

yes this is normal, there is someone with full orb before evolved

your welcome, well personally i mostly got my angel
4->5 = 12xx evo
5->6 = 18xx evo
6->7 = 36xx evo

only once i need to get 1600 for nyssa to get 5 star

I got Boa from Legend to Myth with 10xx something, less then half way full XD compensation for evolving the previous star on full 13xx XD Now she's being stubborn on Celstial. She hates me
