Bought a vip pkg. today. (39.95) I rec'd the diamonds, but the vip won't light up so I don't have access to anything vip.

diamonds does not equal vip, you need to subscribe to vip by clicking on vip then active vip with diamonds or $

and you only get renewal reward for never stopping subscription.

there are 2 way to get vip:

- subscription which automatically pay every month (renewal reward ok)
- buying using diamond (no renewal reward)

You mentioned activating vip again which means you stopped vip subscription in the middle therefore there will be no renewal rewards
