if i enhance my gems and later pluck a gem out and put another, will the bonus be gone fer both? or the new gem will get the bonus?

Bonus changes based on the new gem you socket, Gem enhance increases the stats from gems by a certain percentage. So when you replace a gem with a new gem it will increase the stat of that new gem.
