Cross-server wars bug all day

does it look normal to you gm's and dev's??? The server is lagging all day!!! Can't even get my hot event prizes cause it won't even load that page, i hope i'll get it and same thing with cross server war is not loading too. And please fix the lag!!! It's getting annoying...

Same server (173): cross server isn't loading for me, either, hot events works, though.
In addtition, I've had trouble with the symbols near the top not refreshing most of the time (e.g. arena displayed 10 attempts until I finished them all - then, suddenly, all attempt counters refreshed)
