So a few days ago my Inferno bugged. When I joined the Inferno it instantly completed itself and I got no reward neither could claim the Glacial Wolf Shards from the Hot Events.I tried to join it again but the same thing happened and I still couldn't claim anything. I didn't really make a big deal about it since I thought we had 21 days to get the shards so I thought I was still going to get it but now that it's the last day of the event I can see that there will be 2 Glacial Wolf Shards missing.
I also tried to complete the free diamond offers just like my guildies told me to try but I didn't have any luck with them and didn't get any diamonds.
Unfortunately I have no proof of this happening cause I didn't really make a big deal about it back then so I guess I can't receive a compensation due to lack of proof. T_T
