Alchemy event don't work

I spent few thousands of diamods on stuff and other, still never got alchemy event bonus. Can you plz fix it. Other ppl on my server get the bonus, I asked. League of Angels, S127, R266351897.

You need to spend it by getting new attempts at the alchemy window not spending around the game .

If you did spend diamonds in alchemy please provide me with a screenshot of your alchemy window and event window
