Party issue

Today after the reset time had some updates..After these updates i have problems with changing party...Before batltle i change places of my heros and Aegis ,but in battle is like i never move nothing...I sended ticket in Suport ,but till now from there no respond..Please,help me out with this problem..Thank you!!

i dint saw anything,for that reason i wrote new one...this happen to me for the 1st time since i started the game..and also from support didnt say anything..even one word,like my tickets are blocked
