Reward for Group Match Team Tournament

we have a problem in Server 210 with take reward from TT Group Match. my team is on place 2 but we cant retrive both reward. i make a support but shi sent me some gold. NOT GOLD I ASK !!!! i ask promises reward . If is some problem tell us not sent gold compensation after this tell us this is yours reward. All we wait our reward not your gold. Zantyt S210
