Royal Staff of Conquest ?

Hello,

If I upgrade my Staff to the Red version of it ( Royal Staff of Conquest - lvl 60 ) Can I still make it into a lvl 70 weapon after ? Cus I dont want to lose ht weapon if not .

LE : I think I found that you can upgrade them once you hit lvl 70 is that true ? Please some one confirm with me !

Don't spend Marks on 60 level just do one 70 you will have enough if you qualify in the TT and lose cuz I think your an old player if you save them its like 600+ marks or something.

Will save them , im just playing for around 1 month and a half now not that old XD
