World Cup Loading Issue

My friend is having issues loading into the server. He can log in just fine, but when the Flash Loading screen starts up it just stays at 100% indefinitely. Any way to fix this? He has tried refreshing, clearing cache and a few other things and nothing seems to be working. He is missing out on time needed to set up his party. Please give some quick feedback if you can. Thanks.

Having the same issue myself, managed to get in once but it kept saying lost connection to server before throwing me out.
