Team tournament cant wages all in chines all tabs dead

Hi in server S192 weeping jungle cant wages on team tournament..........
when we open icon all in chines all tabs dead we cant wage........
even we dint get any team tournament reward,
so plz help from morning till now we cant put wages on any team all team tournament tabs dead cant read thnx
plz help out nd im posting screenshot too
