Team tourny rewards bug

cant claim any of the rewards in team tourny says already collected but i have not collected any rewards an i looked in my bags none of the rewards are there please fix. top 16 rewards/individual rewards/server rewards are the rewards im missing.

never mind they are in my mail just now usally a little mail icon at bottom of screen shows you have mail but there wasnt so just got them now thx
