BR still low

Now I've played a cross server and BR is 395,747, and the battles on the server 106 mana city's 355,630 BR in battle. I volunteered for the problem a few days ago but nothing has been returned. Can you help me =D

Well... Your problem is not Wartune related... so if you could let me know what game you are playing here so I can move your post to the right forum section.

Without knowing more about what exactly the problem is, at this point I am unable to help you further.
