Overall Ranking - House Of Cards Reward Bug

Hi,

Ranked 13th overall in house of card event with 10000 points.

When i went to collect, i only got the 1000 runestone, but i didn't get the 2 Level 7 Common Gem chests.

Please could you take a look.
