In my server 121, they permanently banned player. But the question is, why are they not deleting the character in the game? Having a hard time in Clash of Might with this cheaters.

Greetings, bans do not mean they were "hackers", you don't know if someone was banned or not. But even if we do ban a player they are not deleted, we do not delete characters.File a ticket
