KormaQ account problem on polish server

Hello im posting here about my account on polish server. The problem is with my account named "KormaQ" in game, i cant log in to it from about 5 days, from my email adress is logging into name "Arvalan" i never make that charakter even. Please help me with that becouse ouer polish administratoin is uslles. My account with charakter named " KormaQ" was on email adress: szoblikmarek1@gmail.com". Please help me with that problem.
