Because its a weekend and a holiday one to boot if they are stateside. If rewards havent shown up by reset between 7/7 and 7/8 then start worrying. Until then calm down and stop stressing something that is in no way a bug as has been like this since the start of the World Cup.

The World Cup rewards are here but it doesn't count the points up to ranking. Still missing the points rewards to claim prizes though. Please looking into it.

Yep, I got my rewards but didn't get my points added! I should have 2781 points after the update, and it is still 1971.
