May be it`s a bug. I cant get them too. But i want element crystals from chest to use them for event. So moderators pls do everything to give us that chests. Why we cant get our rewards.

the semi final matches are tomorrow & have not seen the match-ups for tomorrow nor have we seen the results of the quarter-finals of 07/05 on [S159] Ivory Crown Server. those results were posted on [S176] Malefic Court Server. why haven't they been posted to [S159] Ivory Crown.
