What the hell with inferno?

Just today O got level 45 and I got this inferno thing. my friend and I go there and do whatever we have to do, but then, fighting a butcher I get a frozen screen. well, the clock did not freeze, so I can't move, but my friend can't get out of the game either: the boss is healing himself!!!! so everytime she hits him, it is like not hitting!!!

you need high stats to kill it... maybe 90k br will 2hit or 1hit that boss

Since you are unable to kill the boss and you are going to get a rank D anyways I would suggest wait out 45 mins for the mail to be sent to your inbox
