Missing my points for tycoon i should of got from my mail

i open few mail i had saved an never got the points fix this please as im the only one on server who's mail didnt count an its realy unfair ill give few hours on this game fix this an dont ignore this please its unfair im the only player in s16-s19 (UA1) who's mail never counted for tycoon. ingame name hotdog
